Our People

Andrew Bergen

Andrew Bergen

CEO

Andrew’s past success in developing high-performing sales teams and his passion for entrepreneurship brought him to start Spectra360 back in 2013. In 2019, Spectra360 purchased Raso360, installing Andrew as CEO of both companies. In 2022, the 360 Family of Companies became the umbrella organization for Raso360 and Spectra360.
Andrew has spent nearly a decade in senior-level sales and management roles and has extensive experience opening and building new markets. He brings a high level of passion and strategy to the human capital and talent management sectors.
When not in the office Andrew enjoys golfing, traveling abroad, and visiting the Northern California wine country.
Brian Brown

Brian Brown

Chief Growth Officer

Brian Brown is the Chief Growth Officer for all brands under The 360 Companies. With more than 18 years as an executive in staffing, professional services, and consulting, Brian is a master at growing business and delivering nothing but excellence to customers.

Brian founded Raso Solutions (now Raso360) in 2011, quickly growing the brand across two continents. When Raso sold to The 360 Companies, Brian came onboard to guide the growth strategy for all 360 brands. 

Brian has functioned as a business strategist for M&A work and is frequently called upon as a solution strategist to the VAR industry. 

Jeff Mitchell

Jeff Mitchell

CFO

Jeff is the CFO for each brand in the 360 Family of Companies, including Raso360.

Jeff brings 30+ years of finance and accounting experience to the organization. He has worked in both the private and public sectors and has extensive working knowledge and M&A expertise in the staffing industry. Prior to joining the 360 Family of Companies, he served as CFO of some of the fastest-growing staffing companies in the country and played an integral role in acquiring over 40 companies. He has a history of building strong and high-performing teams capable of supporting high organic growth and challenging projects, including acquisition integrations.

When not in the office, Jeff enjoys cycling, golfing and spending time with his wife, kids and grandchildren.

Michael James

Michael James

VP of Human Resources

Michael James is the VP of Human Resources, overseeing all HR functions for for each brand in the 360 Family of Companies, including Raso360

​Michael has worked in labor, employment, and human resources for well over 20 years, including more than 10 years in route-based transportation businesses as well as aerospace manufacturing and healthcare. 

Holding a Master’s degree from Penn State University in HR and Employment Relations and a Bachelor’s degree from California Lutheran University in Organizational Leadership, Michael’s breadth of knowledge and vast experience serve Spectra360 well as the company continues to experience exponential growth. 

Along with his spouse, Michael lives on an eight-acre alpaca and llama ranch, situated in Southern California just north of Los Angeles.  

Louh Villa Ty

Louh Villa Ty

VP of Philippine Operations

Louh Villa is the VP of Philippine Operations for each brand in the 360 Family of Companies, including Raso360. In this role, she oversees all internal employees in the Philippines.

Louh Villa joined The 360 Companies in 2020 serving as Branch Support Manager. She has been a direct contributor to the exponential growth of the team and quickly established herself as a leader among our team in the Philippines.

Dave Grimsrud

Dave Grimsrud

Director of Operations

Dave Grimsrud is the Director of Operations, overseeing all sales, recruiting, and operations efforts in the Philippines for Raso360. Dave is responsible for implementing the long-term strategy for Raso and analyzing the effectiveness of its existing operations.

Dave has extensive experience managing large teams for several of the leading US brands. He exemplifies leadership and continues to work daily with Raso managers helping to develop teams that are driven, hard-working, collaborative, loyal, and happy to work at Raso360.
